The Skyring Fixed Income Fund invests in secured redeemable notes issued by Skyring Capital Pty Ltd and the Skyring Platinum Fixed Income Fund invests in secured redeemable notes issued by Skyring Securities Pty Ltd, which both operate as lending businesses using the proceeds raised by the Fund. The notes issued to Skyring Capital Pty Ltd and Skyring Securities Pty Ltd provide exposure to a diversified portfolio of loan investments across property and businesses throughout Australia.
